Meet the Official FIFA World Cup 26 Mascots

FIFA has revealed the three official mascots for the FIFA World Cup 26™, the first edition ever co-hosted by Canada, Mexico, and the United States. The new characters — Maple™ the Moose (Canada), Zayu™ the Jaguar (Mexico), and Clutch™ the Bald Eagle (United States) — celebrate the culture, energy, and spirit of each host nation while bringing fans together under one passion: football.

These mascots will be everywhere — at matches, in fan zones, and across FIFA’s digital platforms. For the first time, World Cup mascots will also be playable in FIFA Heroes, a new five-a-side football game launching in 2026. Fans can expect mascot-themed gear and merchandise on FIFAStore.com and more ways to connect with the tournament online.

Meet the mascots

Maple the Moose (Canada): A creative and resilient goalkeeper who loves art and music, representing Canada’s diversity and strength. Zayu the Jaguar (Mexico): Agile and fearless on the pitch, inspired by Mexico’s rich heritage and love for celebration. Clutch the Bald Eagle (United States): Adventurous and uplifting, a natural leader who unites people and inspires optimism.

The FIFA World Cup 26™ will take place from June 11 to July 19, 2026, featuring 48 teams and creating an unforgettable celebration of football across North America.
